Lisa Beth Gerstman Foundation Golf Classic
The Lisa Beth Gerstman Foundation Annual Golf Classic will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026 at the Glen Head Country Club in Glen Head, NY. This special event benefits the Foundation which is dedicated to raising vital funds to help children live fulfilling and rewarding lives. This year, we are proud to honor Steven Lent, Vice President, D25H at The Home Depot.

Steve Lent is the Merchandising Vice President for The Home Depot’s Hardware Department. He joined the Home Depot in 2006 in Orlando, FL as an hourly associate at the Special Services desk. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in stores, from Department Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager. In 2013, he relocated with his family to Atlanta, GA where he has taken on various roles such as Merchant Cleaning, Merchant Tool Storage, led the online Brand Advocate organization, DMM Garden – Landscape, before taking on this role in June 2024. Giving back is core to his family’s focus, which includes not only the Lisa Beth Gerstman Foundation, but also The Home Depot Foundation, Home Depot Homer Fund, City of Hope, The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, VHL Alliance, and Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from State University of New York and an MBA in Marketing from Kaplan University.
